The NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) determines mandatory courses that all secondary schools in the state must complete. Additionally students will have the opportunity to study a range of electives from Years 9 to 12.
In Year 7-8 all subjects are compulsory. These subjects include:

- Technology
- Visual Arts
- PDHPE
- French
- Music
- Drama
- Sport
Classes in Year 7-8 are not streamed. In Year 9-10 streaming occurs for Mathematics and English where there is one top class and two mixed ability classes.

Correspondence Courses
Subjects available for varying cohorts will be dependent on selections made by students. Students in Years 9 – 12 can choose to complete correspondence courses if a subject of their choice is not available.
